There is some very interesting news doing the rounds as far as the cricketing circuit is concerned.
One of India’s rising starts- Yuzvendra Chahal, recently uploaded a video on his Instagram handle where he is seen doing some weight-lifting. The young spinner who decided to give the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy trophy a miss in order to prepare for the upcoming limited overs tour to South Africa is sweating it out at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore.
Chahal is trying his level best to work on his fitness and skill considering it’s not going to be easy for him in South Africa. We all know their pitches are tailor mode for fast bowling so it surely is going to be a real test for the young Indian spinner. Moving on, while he uploaded the video his former RCB Team- Mate from South Africa Tabraiz Shamsi decided to pull his leg. He posted a message saying he was confused whether this was Chahal or Chris Gayle.

Funnily, Chahal replied to this by stating that he lifts heavier weights than the ‘Universe Boss’ himself and the video he put was just off his warm-up set. Even more funnily, Chris Gayle himself joined the conversation where he was at his witty best. His message read ‘WTF Kill me’.
India, meanwhile, didn’t have best of the starts of the Test series as they lost the first Test by 72 runs on Monday in Newlands, Cape Town as all batsmen failed to make an impact against the South Africa pace quartet of Morne Morkel, Dale Steyn (1st innings only), Vernon Philander and Kagiso Rabada.
