Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh on Tuesday had a hilarious take on Twitter. Apparently, Harbhajan had wished Virat Kohli on his birthday where he called him as “a brother from another mother”, which is a common term used. However, some Hindi newspaper completely misconstrued the statement.
In a hilarious translation error, the newspaper changed the statement to ‘Harbhajan calling Kohli his mother’. One of the fans tweeted a screenshot of Bhajji’s tweet and a picture of the headline created by the newspaper.
It soon reached the Turbanator who had a humorous insight into the same. He saying, “No problem, seems like the reporter had 2/3 extra pegs during work and then fought with the English language to make a completely new meaning”.
koi baat nahi bhai sahb ne shayad 2/3 peg jyada lga liye honge kaam par phir apni marzi se angreji se ladayi kar li aur ye mtlab nikala???????????????? https://t.co/a71j8uMwbb
