The Australian cricketers had a scary experience as a rock was shoot at their team bus.
The incident happened while the team was returning to the hotel from the Barsapara Stadium on Tuesday night.
The Australia cricket team suffered a scare following their T20 international win over India in Guwahati on Tuesday. A rock was shoot at Australian team bus. Windows shattering, governing body Cricket Australia (CA) said.
The incident took place on Tuesday night after Australia defeated India by eight wickets in the second Twenty20 International (T20I).
The city police of Guwahati has been in charge of the security of the visiting Australian team. He has preliminary denied the claim of the Australian opener Aaron Finch. Aaron Finch first tweeted about an incident. They made its way back to the hotel after winning the T20I match against India.
Aussie batsman Aaron Finch took to Twitter to express his concerns. “Pretty scary having a rock thrown through the team bus window on the way back to the hotel!!,” Finch tweeted.
This is, however, not the first time that such incidents happened to the Australia team in the sub-continent. Stones aimed at the team bus in Chittagong during tour to Bangladesh in September. That had created panic among the cricketers.

The Barsapara Stadium hosted its first international match on Tuesday.
