India’s foreign language Oscar confident ‘Newton’ sacked two wins at the Asia Pacific Screen Awards in Brisbane, with Rajkummar Rao winning the best actor, and author Mayank Tewari and executive Amit V. Masurkar getting the best screenplay award.
