Actor and movie producer Dhanush says he is excited that music composer Ilaiyaraaja sang a melody for the upcoming film Maari 2. Dhanush on Tuesday night shared a series of photos of himself alongside maestro from the music studio. “So happy to announce that the maestro Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja sang a song for Maari 2. What a delightful divine experience. We feel so blessed and super thrilled,” Dhanush said.
Coordinated by Balaji Mohan, Maari 2 additionally stars Sai Pallavi. The Tamil comic drama film denotes Balaji’s second joint effort with Dhanush after Maari. In Maari, Dhanush played a dhoti-clad, mustache-spinning nearby rambunctious and he was matched with Kajal Aggarwal. Actor Robo Shankar and Vinod, who had Dhanush’s sidekicks in the main impact, will be a piece of Maari 2. Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas has been marked to play the opponent. Yuvan Shankar Raja, Ilaiyaraaja’s son, is forming tunes for the film. The two are set to rejoin for Maari 2 after nearly decade.
