Farah Khan’s reality show Lip Sing Battle has been engaging the gathering of people with its energizing and melodic content. On the show we see the famous people shaking their legs on their most loved performers’ move numbers. Everything was going all fine till well-known performing artist Rajkummar Rao met with a mischance shooting for the show. The Newton performer has broken his leg while he was moving on the phase at the Yash Raj Films Studios in Andheri, Mumbai.
A source told “Rajkummar was shooting with his Bareilly Ki Barfi co-star Kriti Sanon for the episode. While dancing on Akshay Kumar’s song Chinta Ta Chita Chita, Rajkummar was to jump from a height. While jumping down, he missed his balance and landed with a thud. He was left writhing in pain and was thus rushed to the nearby Kokilaben Ambani Hospital. When the doctors attended and examined him, it was found that he has fractured his ankle. He will be in the hospital for some time.”
The tragedy has left Farah Khan and the whole group of the show debilitated and stunned. They were close by the whole time guaranteeing him that he will be well soon. Rajkummar has allegedly scratched off all his up and coming shoots and will be on bed rest for some time.
Lip Sing Battle, an adaptation of Lip Sync Battle, a global organization facilitated by Jimmy Fellon. On Saturday’s scene, Shah Rukh Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput and Sania Mirza were seen carrying the house down with their talents. Not just them, we have just observed Parineeti Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Kapoor, Karan Johar, Raveena Tandon and Ayushmann Khuranna among others being on the show with Farah.
