Unlock Bootloader (http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader)
Second Step:
- Download TWRP Recovery zip file and flash the zip file on your device
- Now after flashing TWRP download SuperSu.zip
- Place that SuperSU.zip in your sd card and next go to recovery mode from that tap on SuperSU.zip to install
- REBOOT
- DONE
