It seems to be a common problem for some users due to some violation of Facebook guidelines that Facebook banned that user from sending a friend request.The ban for this run from 1 day to 30 days, this totally depends on how you violated the policies.

Steps For Sending Friend Request
- Get The Email ID of that person (You Want To Send Friend Request)
- Click On Find Friends & choose Find Friends Through Email
- Enter the Email ID of that person
- DONE…..:)
This is the only method available to connect with your friend when you are blocked by Facebook.You also have the option of sending friend requests to many friends at one time for that just write down all your friend’s Email ID on a text editor separated with commas, & save the text document with ABC.vcf.
