Step-1: Go to the Group on iMessage and Click on “i” icon on Top-Right Corner
Step-2: Scroll down to check the Name of the Person & Swipe ‘Left’
Step-3: Tap on Delete Button and Click on ‘confirm’ to exit the Contact from iMessage Group

In case of Irk Situations, You can shift your Group mode to “DND(Do Not Disturb)”. So that, no alerts and Notifications can disturb you without your Permission
How to remove yourself from a group text (Exit the Group Yourself):
In iMessage, any member of Group Text has a choice of leaving the Group himself/herself without Admin Permit. Therefore, now you know that Simple Trick. Go through the below Steps:

Step-1: Go to Group Text and Click on details
Step-2: Scroll Down the List of Options & check for “Leave this Conversation”
Step-3: Select ‘Leave this Conversation’. Then Confirm it with ‘Ok’
Done, You are out of the Group Text now. No Disturbance on your Phone hereafter. This way any user can go out of the Group without any hassle
